Beginners and new starters always welcome
At your first session we will complete a review of your current health, lifestyle and goals. We will then develop a practice that addresses your specific needs and fits into your life. You will leave the session with a personalised Yoga practice that you are able to work with at home if you wish to.
Subsequent sessions will then review your practice and make sure that you are still getting the most benefit out of your Yoga practice.
The initial consultation takes around 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions usually last for 60 minutes but can be longer if you prefer.
For students who are looking to develop an ongoing Yoga practice or address a particular health condition we usually suggest that the first few visits are closer together. However, most ongoing students will book a session every 4 to 6 weeks.
The initial consultation costs £50 (if held at our venue). Subsequent 60 minute sessions are then either £40 each or you can purchase a pack of three 60 minute sessions for £105 (to be used within 3 months of purchase).
