What happens in a private Yoga class?


At your first session we will complete a review of your current health, lifestyle and goals.  We will then develop a practice that addresses your specific needs and fits into your life.  You will leave the session with a personalised Yoga practice that you are able to work with at home if you wish to.

Subsequent sessions will then review your practice and make sure that you are still getting the most benefit out of your Yoga practice.


How long do sessions take?  


The initial consultation takes around 90 minutes.  Subsequent Yoga sessions usually last for 60 minutes but can be longer if you prefer.


How often will I need a session?


For students who are looking to develop an ongoing Yoga practice or address a particular health condition we usually suggest that the first few visits are closer together.  Most ongoing students will then book a Yoga session every 4 to 6 weeks.  However, we also have some students who prefer to work with us on a more frequent basis.


What do sessions cost?


We offer a variety of 1-2-1 Yoga packages that are designed to suit most needs.  If you haven't worked with us before on a 1-2-1 basis have a look at the Yoga starter packs.  For ongoing students, the Yoga tune up packs are usually the best option. 


If you feel you need more support or motivation from us or you have more complex issues that you would like to work on, have a look at our 1-2-1 enhanced support option for a comprehensive package that will help you reach your personal goals faster.

If you would prefer to book a one off initial session the cost is £60 for 90 minutes.

Have the opportunity to work 1-2-1with our senior Yoga therapist (C-IAYT).


An agreed schedule of regular email, Skype and/or phone support between sessions to make sure you stay motivated, on track and to answer any queries as they arise.

Private Yoga classes

During a private Yoga class we use specialised Yoga to address the individual needs of a student and to promote better health.  
 
Private Yoga sessions can help whether


  • you wish to practise Yoga but your schedule doesn't allow you to attend a regular class,
  • you prefer to practise on your own or with a small group of friends or family,
  • you're new to Yoga and want more personalised tuition to help you learn, or
  • you have a particular health need or goal that you would like to address. 


We can offer private Yoga sessions at a time and place to suit you.  Sessions can be for individuals or small groups.
